摘要：近年來台灣出口之蓮霧受到新興害蟲米爾頓釉小蜂(Anselmella miltoni)感染,導 致多次遭到輸入國多次查獲攔截,嚴重影響蓮霧產品輸出。由於感染的蓮霧果實於 外表完全沒有徵狀,直到成蟲成熟才陸續鑽出水果形成小孔洞,因此在成蟲尚未鑽 出果實前,無法在包裝時依外觀判別進行篩檢。本研究藉由非破壞性檢測X光檢疫系 統,建立蓮霧果實受米爾頓釉小蜂感染之檢測系統,以及相關標準檢疫流程。過程 中將進行現有X光檢疫系統之維護與效能提升,並進行新型產業型X光檢疫系統之測 試與評估。另一方面,也將建立X光影像資料庫與米爾頓釉小蜂危害影像分析系統 ,未來期望可延伸應用至其他類出口水果。後期將進行現有的X光檢疫系統進行抽檢 率試驗,配合專業人員及系統對於危害影像的判讀,提升自動化農產品檢疫蟲害技 術之檢測效率,以降低輸出產品遭受退貨之風險,提高產品競爭力。
Abstract: In recent year, the exported wax apple from Taiwan was infected by a new eulophid pest Anselmella miltoni. It was also found by importied country for many times, and influenced the exportation of wax apple. There was no external symptom for infected wax apple till the adult wasps leave wax apple which cause holes on the surface of wax apple. Therefore, infected wax apple without leaving wasp couldn’t be detected by appearance when packing. Through X-ray nondestructive quarantine system, the project will set up the quarantine system for Anselmella infestation, and relatively formal quarantine procedure. Not only preserving and enhancing the efficiency of current X-ray system, but also dedicate to test and estimate new industrial X-ray machine. On the other hand, the database and analysis system of X-ray imagine for infested wax apple by A. miltoni will be developed which plan to apply to other fruits in the future. The project will experiment the ratio of inspection. Through coordinating the analysis of X-ray imagine by people and system, the efficiency of automatically pest-quarantine technic will be improved which must reduce the risk of being arrested, and promote the competitive advantage of exported fruit.
