Description

Abstract
摘要:本計畫擬以(1)機械性能(2)電機性能與(3)系統整合三個子計畫來推動「主被動控制小風機的開發」,風機約2-3KW。(1)機械性能部份針對小風機的流力、材料、結構、機構、動力、葉片、塔架等進行開發工作。(2)電機性能部份針對發電機、Controller、Inverter、獨立、併網等進行開發工作。(3)系統整合部份針對主被動控制與系統整合來提升風機功率性能。此外,為使本計畫能順利進行,將與國內小風機系統與零組件廠商合作,包括東元(系統廠)、耀能(電控廠)等廠商合作,在既有基礎上改善風機性能,預期能完成具有Pitch主動控制的2~3 kW三葉片水平軸併網型風機,並經分析、測試場測試與驗證。目前在國際小風機產業上,只有少數幾家小風機廠商開發主動式或被動式控制小風機以提升其效能,而台灣目前並沒有任何主動式或被動式控制小風機的開發,未來的競爭力嚴重不足,因此協助國內業者開發主被動控制小風機機制為當務之急。
Abstract: The governments worldwide have proposed various beneficial policies specifically for small wind turbine system these years. The feed-in tariff and growth of market demand encourage the small-and-medium enterprise in Taiwan to invest in the development of small wind turbine system. However, in order to take advantage of these policies and gain investment return in short time, the installation site and the efficiency of the system are the critical factors. Nowadays, most small wind turbines are not designed in an optimal and systematic approach such that neither the design efficiency of the rotor blade can be attained at low-and-rated wind speeds, nor the stable power production can be maintained at high wind speed. Therefore, the purpose of this research project is to enhance the durability and efficiency of small wind turbines by improving the performance of machinery and electrical components and adopting optimal system integration. In cooperation with local companies such as Teco, Delta, and Hi-VAWT, a kilowatt prototype will be built and tested. In general, the technology and market competence of large wind turbine is limited in Taiwan. Therefore, the national government should promote the small wind turbine manufacturers and expand another prospect green energy market.
