Abstract
摘要:本計畫擬以本研究團隊領先全世界的鈣鈦礦電池材料技術,進一步研發適合量產的化學配方製
程,並據以開發量產技術與機械設備,完成電池模組封裝測試,期盼有所突破。鈣鈦礦電池將對未來
太陽能產業產生衝擊,全世界一窩蜂搶進下,全面性的自主技術研發(由化學配方製程到量產機械技術)
刻不容緩,以免萬一競爭對手成功,威脅國內太陽電池產業生存,因此本計畫屬於防禦性研發。
本計畫擬結合產(億尚精密、前創科技)、學(台大材料系與機械系)、研(核能所)多方專長,合作開
發大面積鈣鈦礦太陽電池的量產技術。產品技術指標為: (1)寬度1 公尺,轉換效率12%以上之鈣鈦礦模
組,(2)模組面積使用率GFF90%以上,(3)在溫度85oC/85%相對溼度1000 小時以上的效率衰減< 20%。
計畫分為兩個子計畫以及一個整合總計畫,子計畫一(量產型鈣鈦礦太陽能電池材料與製程開發)由台大
材料系林唯芳教授主持,研究內容包含:適合量產的鈣鈦礦配方材料與製程開發、模組封裝技術開發(由
核能所協助),前創科技公司則負責提供高品質的鈣鈦礦材料。子計畫二(大面積鈣鈦礦太陽電池加工技
術與量產機台開發)由台大機械系黃秉鈞教授主持,擬開發快速熱處理製程技術與設備,並發展量產製
程自動控制系統,整合於塗佈機台的設計,億尚精密工業公司出資技轉金與配合款,並派研發人員參
與機台設計、架設、塗佈參數調控、機台檢測等工作。最後由子計畫一進行模組封裝測試,總計畫進
行實體展示。
Abstract: We are proposing a two-year program entitled “Development of large scale production technology for
perovskite solar cells” based on our currently leading technology in this field. Over the past five years, the development of perovskite solar cells has been progressed very rapidly, which has greatly influenced on the emerging technology of solar energy science and technology. Therefore, for standing out in this field, an integrated R&D from the upstream (materials, processing) to the downstream (equipment, mass production) of the industrial chain of perovskite solar cell is extremely critical for the commercialization of this new technology.
This is a multidisciplinary R&D project joined by:
1. University research groups: Prof, Wei-Fang Su’s group, Department of Materials Science and Engineering,
National Taiwan University ; Prof. Bin-Juine Huang’s group, Department of Mechanical Engineering,
National Taiwan University
2. Research institute: Organic photovoltaic (OPV) group of Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER)
3. Industry: E-Sun Precision Industrial Co. Ltd. ; FrontMaterials Co. Ltd.
We aim to achieve the following goals by the end of the project: (1) a 1 m wide perovskite solar module with 12% power conversion efficiency, (2) a perovskite solar module with a geometric fill factor >90%, (3) high reliability by passing 1000 hours life test under 85oC/85% relative humidity with <10% performance drop of perovskite solar module. The program consists of two subprograms. The subprogram-1will be led by Prof. Wei-Fang Su and devoted to develop perovskite materials and processing methods that are compatible with large scale module production of perovskite solar cells. The subprogram-1 will also be supported by the OPV group of INER to develop the modulation and encapsulation technology of large-area perovskite solar cells.
FrontMaterials Co. Ltd. will supportively supply large amount and high quality perovskite raw materials. The subprogram-2 will be led by Prof. Bin-Juine Huang and focusing on the design and development of the equipment for large scale manufacture of perovskite solar modules. E-Sun Precision Industrial Co. Ltd. is committed to the program by paying the fee for technology transfer, providing financial support, and also assigning their engineers to join the R&D effort. Furthermore, the results from both sub-programs will be integrated to demonstrate the production of prototype - 1 m wide perovskite solar module. The achievements of this program will be very valuable for the solar cell industry in Taiwan and comply with the energy policy
of our country by mass production of low cost renewable clean energy.
