關鍵字: | 高職學生;藥物濫用;教育介入;Vocational high school student;Drug abuse;Educational intervention | 公開日期: | 十二月-1997 | 出版社: | 台北市:國科會,1995 | 摘要: | 本研究的主要目的為應用成長團體的方式,對高職學生有關藥物濫用的認知、態度、行為及相關的心理知能(溝通技巧、拒絕技術等)進行教育介入。實驗以台北縣某一所高職三個科系一年級的148名學生為實驗組對象,另於該校及另一所高職各再選取同類科系的299名學生為對照組。教育介入分六個單元,以小團體的方式進行(每組約十名學生)。資料的收集分別在介入前和介入後兩次實施。 回收問卷先經前測雨後測配對,譯碼後以EPI-INFO軟體輸入個人電腦中。完成資料偵錯與修正後,以SAS及SPSS統計軟體,進行描述性分析和研究假設之驗證。主要發現如下: (一)研究對象主要為男性(93.7%);屬電機、機械和汽車修護三個科的比率相近。實驗組與對照組前測資料在個人因素、環境因素、偏差行為之分布上均無顯著差異;僅在自我肯定、溝通技巧、用藥態度及生涯規劃等四個中介變項之差異達顯著水準。(二)以階層迴歸分析發現,本實驗研究所執行的教育介入實施後,對於研究對象的「自我肯定」和「藥物知識」有立即正向且顯著的效果;對於溝通技巧、拒絕能力、用藥態度、拒藥效能及生涯規劃等變項則未見顯著且立即的效果。(三)教育介入對於研究對象出入娛樂場所、逃家、不當方式處理壓力三項偏差行為,及飲酒和吸菸二項藥物濫用前置行為的改變,未能呈現顯著且立即的效果。 本研究結果與國外同類研究的發現相似,對於未來的藥物濫用教育介入模式提出相關建議。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a group development intervention in changing students' cognition, attitude, and skills related to drug abuse. Quasi-experimental design was used. 148 students selected from one vocational school in Taipei County participated in the experiment group whereas another 299 students from the same school and another school served as control group. Students in the experimental group took part in a small group ranged from 8 to 10 persons. The intervention consisted of six units of educational activities. Data were collected before and after the implementation of educational intervention. The findings are: (1) 93.7% of the participants are male. The students of experimental and control groups have same background including personal factors, environmental factors, and deviant behaviors. There are different results between two groups on the pretest of the following mediating variables: self assurance, communication skills, attitudes toward drug, and career planning. (2) The using hierarchical multiple regression analyses, it was found that after intervention the participants' scores of knowledge and self assurance increased. However the intervention exerted no effect in changing students' attitudes, self efficacy, communication and rejection skills. (3) There is no effect in changing the participants' deviant behaviors (e.g., entering entertainment places, runaway from home, maladaptive coping) and drug abuse preceding behaviors (e.g., smoking, drinking). Relevant findings were compared and discussed. The strategies for educational intervention models focusing on drug abuse prevention were suggested. |
