dc.description.abstract | 本計畫藉由設置掉落式陷阱調查不同海拔植被中尖鼠科動物群聚組成(包括種類與數量),並量測與分析各調查樣區內各種尖鼠科動物之形態、食性、出現棲地之差異,以及研究地點之棲地因子與地棲無脊椎動物相(即尖鼠科動物之食物供應量),並以分子方式確定尖鼠科種類,同時檢視不同樣區內尖鼠科動物之遺傳變異,以分析體型、棲地與食物資源對尖鼠科群聚組成之影響。在14處樣區,848個陷阱捕捉夜共捕捉到42隻尖鼠,包括7隻長尾麝鼩、8隻花東麝鼩、7隻灰麝鼩、20隻台灣長尾鼩。棲地分析之結果顯示長尾麝鼩與花東麝鼩捕捉率較高的針葉林樣區有較高的落葉層溼度、落葉層深度及植被覆蓋度;台灣長尾鼩的出現與落葉層溼度高及植被覆蓋度高相關性較高;濕度對灰麝鼩的出現亦有影響。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The goal of this project is to study the shrew communities by pitfall trapping at different elevation and habitat types, including the composition and abundance of shrews at different sampling sites, their morphology, diets and microhabitat use, in relation to local terrestrial invertebrate fauna and microhabitat characteristics, as well as the genetic variation of shrews at these sites, so that the morphology, diet and habitat requirement of different shrews, and the effect of body size, habitat and food competition on the structure of shrew communities can be examined. A total of 42 shrew individuals, including 7 Crocidura tadae, 8 Crocidura sp., 7 Crocidura attenuata, 20 Soriculus fumidus, were trapped at 14 sampling plots over 848 trapping night. Microhabitat analysis showed that microhabitat use of these species are all relevant to litter-soil humidity. In addition, Crocidura tadae and Crocidura sp. were caught more often in microhabitat with greater litter-soil depth and understory coverage; Soriculus fumidus were also caught more often in microhabitat with higher understory. | en |
