This load driver is composed of the output stage with two differential inputs driven by the pre-driver stage made of 2-phase differential cascode voltage switch (DCVS) logic cells. Owing to the adiabatic/bootstrap techniques, this 1V load driver provides a high-speed performance, consuming 58% less power as compared to the conventional bootstrapped driver. |
