Endoscopic diagnosis of sessile serrated adenoma/polyp (SSA/P) is challenging because of their subtle appearance. Narrow-band imaging (NBI) is useful for diagnosis, but its utility with concurrent chromoendoscopy (CE), especially to detect small SSA/P, is unproven.
