This report describes a patient with prostate cancer complicated with obstructive nephropathy who developed C. urealyticum bacteremia after placement of a percutaneous nephrostomy tube. The bacteremia was not controlled until the infected nephrostomy tube was removed. ? 2008 Journal of Microbiology, Immunology and Infection. |
