In a median follow-up of 3.5 years on 16,590 participants, 95 cardiovascular deaths were found. The relative risk in the highest quintile post-prandial glucose was 1.61 (P for trend, 0.05) for cardiovascular death. ? 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved. |
