The double diffusion and seed layer promoted the crystallization of perovskite films. The perovskite solar cells fabricated by GPC finally reach PCE 16.51%. Therefore, we think MAPbI3 prepared by GPC post-treatment has good potential of industrial production. ? 2020 IEEE. |
