Title: | 潮汐灌溉系統對蔓綠絨,白鶴竽生長及水分,礦物養分利用率之影響 | Authors: | 葉德銘 | Keywords: | 潮汐灌溉;白鶴芋;生長;肥料濃度;蒸發散量;水分利用效率;ebb-and-flow;Spathiphyllum;growth;nutrient level;water use efficiency | Issue Date: | 1999 | Publisher: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學園藝學系暨研究所 | Abstract: | 從1/4 量-全量Johnson 氏營養液處理之植株地上部乾重、可見葉片數和 葉面積皆無顯著差異,地下部乾重則以1/4 量Johnson 氏營養液處理較佳;在 觀賞品質方面,以1/4 用量處理之植株具較低之葉綠素含量及較多之黃斑葉 片數,但以全量處理者每株具較多之壞疽葉片數,潮汐灌溉宜在1/2 至1/4 Johnson 氏營養液下得到品質較佳的綠巨人白鶴芋。潮汐灌溉以1/2 Johnson 氏營養液用量下生產的綠巨人白鶴芋在維持相同灌溉類頻率的情況下,植株 之生長量與傳統澆灌生長之植株並無顯著差異,然而利用潮汐灌溉處理者能 夠減少下位黃葉和皺摺葉之發生。分別以直徑15cm 和24cm 盆於潮汐灌溉系 統和傳統手澆進行比較試驗,結果顯示潮汐灌溉處理者其生長量明顯優於手 澆者,其中以直徑24cm 盆結果最為顯著,潮汐灌溉也能降低壞疽葉和皺摺 葉之發生。潮汐灌溉以直徑15cm 盆處理,可以減少用水量達33%及提高水 份利用效率(plant dry weight/water applied-water leached)達40%,且由於潮汐 灌溉沒有淋溶作用,能減少氮素之使用量達33%,並能提高氮素之利用效率, 顯示潮汐灌溉具備省水省肥和適合綠巨人白鶴芋生長的優點。 In order to reduce the irrigation run-off and contamination of the underground water, effects of different nutrient levels were investigated in Spathiphyllum“Sensation” grown in an ebb and flow system, and comparison on the growth with hand-watering was also determined. Plants grew equally well from a range of 1/4 to full-strength of Johnson’s solution in the ebb and flow system, indicating the possible luxury consumption of plants was grown in the full-strength treatment, moreover, full-strength treatment produced more necrotic leaves and reduced the root growth. These results indicated that a range of 1/4 to half strength of Johnson’s solution was optimum for the growth of Spathiphyllum “Sensation” in the ebb and flow system. From September, 1997 to April, 1998, there were no difference in the plant growth between irrigation methods at the same irrigation frequency, however plants grown in the ebb and flow system had the fewest number of chlorotic and puckered leaf. From May 1998 to January, 1999, plants growth in the ebb and flow system was better than that of the hand watering treatment. In additions, the ebb and flow system could save water and nitrogen uses by 33% and increased the water use efficiency by 40%. |
