Title: | 鳴子百合葉片淨光合成速率特性及根莖低溫需求模式 | Authors: | 葉德銘 | Keywords: | 根莖;淨光合成速率;低溫需求;rhizome;net photosynthetic rate;chilling requirement | Issue Date: | 2003 | Publisher: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學園藝學系暨研究所 | Abstract: | 鳴子百合為百合科宿根植物,葉形優 美,在台灣屬切葉生產。本研究主要目的 為探討光度、二氧化碳及溫度對鳴子百合 葉片淨光合成速率之影響,並建立根莖萌 芽之低溫需求資料,及根莖萌芽與地上部 生長之度積值模式,以提供產期調節參 考。當二氧化碳濃度為350 ppm 時,葉片 淨光合成速率在光度350μmol m-2 s-1以上 達飽和。溫度13-25℃時,葉片淨光合成 速率隨溫度增加而遞增;溫度25-38℃時, 葉片淨光合成速率隨溫度增加而下降。鳴 子百合根莖萌芽及地上部伸長之低溫需 求,以迴歸推測-1.5-15℃具有促進萌芽之 效果,而以2℃處理59 天效果最好,移出 種植於15-20℃下8 天後可萌芽。由溫度 與貯藏天數所建立根莖萌芽速率與低溫累 積之度積值成直線相關(P<0.001),可供產 期調節參考。 Polygonatum odoratum ‘Veriegatum’, commonly known as Soloman’s Seal, is a liliaceae perennial plant and is produced as cut leaves in Taiwan. The influences of irradiance, CO2 concentration, and air temperature were studied on leaf net photosynthetic rate of Polygonatum odoratum. At 350 ppm CO2 concentration, leaf net photosynthetic rate was saturated at irradiance above 350 μ mol m-2 s-1 photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). Leaf net photosynthetic rate increased as temperature increased from 13 to 25℃ and declined with increasing temperature from 25 to 38℃.The low temperatures for the sprouting and elongation of the shoot range from –1.5 to 5℃, while chilling at 2℃ for 59 days of storage resulted in earliest sprouting in 8 days, when transferred to 15-20 ℃ . A significant linear correlation (P<0.001) between the rate of sprouting which was determined by both the temperature and storage time and the thermal time of cold treatment was observed, and could be used for the off-season crop prodution. |
