Abstract
摘要:本年度計畫目標:

1.發展不同動植物防疫應用場合之無隔膜電解水消毒設備;
2.研究滅菌效果最佳化之電解配方、電解程序、電解水保存條件與消毒力監控方
法;
3.結合電化學分析技術及生物化學方法研究無隔膜電解水或水霧抑制細菌病原滋
生之功效與原理;
4.結合農牧業及養殖業實務應用進行無隔膜電解水或水霧截斷細菌病原傳播等途
徑之初步可行性評估。

本兩年期計畫將完成下列重要工作項目:

1.開發與自製適合防疫應用之高滅菌力無隔膜電解水製備裝置;
2.以生產器具消毒應用研究完成無隔膜電解水阻斷病菌接觸傳播之效益評估;
3.以禽畜舍防疫應用研究完成無隔膜電解水噴霧阻斷病菌空氣傳播之效益評估;
4.以豐年蝦養殖餌料淨化應用研究完成無隔膜電解水減少病菌水源傳播之效益評
估;
5.以蔬果作物滅菌應用研究完成無隔膜電解水降低病菌食物傳播之效益評估。

藉由上述工作項目之達成所產生之預期效益與附加價值如下:

1. 建立無隔膜電解水消毒技術在農漁牧全方位領域之滅菌應用;
2. 提高畜牧產業防疫能力,減輕人畜共通傳染病的發生機率;
3. 提高豐年蝦孵化成功率並提供養殖業者安全無虞的天然餌料;
4. 促進減農藥栽培技術發展及提供蔬果作物收成後清洗方式之新選擇。

此外本計畫研究所衍生的成果預計在民國96至98年度之間將產生專利三件、論文
七篇、技術報告三份、技術咨詢服務九件以及碩博士人才培育三人。
Abstract: Project Objectives in This Year:

1.To develop novel, membrane-less electrolysis equipments that produce electrolyzed
water and can be applied to different disinfection and quarantine cases for both animal
and plant products;
2.To optimize the electrolysis recipe, the electrolysis process, the storage condition ofelectrolyzed water, and the strategy for monitoring disinfection;
3.To study both efficacy and principle of the membrane-less electrolyzed water and/or
its spray on the inhibition of pathogenic bacteria growth by electrochemical and
biochemical approaches;
4.To preliminary evaluate the viability of the use of membrane-less electrolyzed water
and/or its spray on the prevention of pathogenic bacteria spreading by practical
disinfection tests in agriculture, animal husbandry, and aquaculture.

Main Work of the Two-Year Project:

1.To develop and to manufacture quarantine-orientated equipments that produce
membrane-less electrolyzed water with high disinfection power for pathogenic bacteria;
2.To study the efficacy of membrane-less electrolyzed water on the prevention of
contagious spreading of pathogenic bacteria by practical tests in utensil and implement
disinfection;
3.To study the efficacy of membrane-less electrolyzed water spray on the prevention of
airborne spreading of pathogenic bacteria by practical tests in chicken- and pig-house
cleaning;
4.To study the efficacy of membrane-less electrolyzed water on the prevention of
waterborne spreading of pathogenic bacteria by practical tests in pretreatment of fairy
shrimp eggs;
5.To study the efficacy of membrane-less electrolyzed water on the prevention of foodborne
spreading of pathogenic bacteria by practical tests in organic agriculture.

Anticipated Achievements:

1.Establishment of novel disinfection techniques based on the membrane-less
electrolyzed water for agriculture, animal husbandry, and aquaculture;
2.Enhancement of the capability of epidemic prevention in animal husbandry and
reduction in the chance of the occurrence of shared human-animal diseases;
3.Improvement of the yield of fairy shrimp hatching and the security of bait materials for
aquaculture;
4.Acceleration of the development of organic agriculture that reduces the use of
pesticides and providing a novel, alternative method for post-harvest cleaning.

The accomplishments from this project will also results in three patents, seven scientific
papers, three technical reports, nine technical service cases, and incubation of three
graduate students from 2007 to 2009.
