Abstract
摘要:本校整合型研究計畫「精緻農業高效節能植物工廠」之子計畫三「精緻農業高效節能植物工廠之作物栽培」,探討高效節能植物工廠量產高品質芫荽、洋芫荽、草苺、蘭花種苗、水稻苗、室內植物、菠菜與小白菜之最適參數,共包括7個細部計畫。細部計畫3-1「植物工廠量產調味香草」探討完全人工光源型植物工廠立體量產芫荽及洋芫荽之最適參數,達成穩定供應新鮮、安全、具質感之芫荽及洋芫荽的目標。3-2「以溫度、日長與根溫調控草苺之生產」探討植物工廠生產Infra short day型草苺‘桃園三號’能持續開花、生長與生產經濟水準果實之溫度與光週條件,並測試以根溫與氣溫調控水耕草苺之生產,達到節能目的。3-3「植物工廠量產花果菜類-草莓栽培生產系統建置」利用高效節能植物工廠原型試行草莓栽培生產,建立標準栽培模式,比較植物工廠與自然環境條件下草莓生理、產量與果實品質之差異,為植物工廠週年生產草莓進行先期準備及評估。3-4「植物工廠量產蘭花種苗」以植物工廠作為出瓶苗馴化作業之平台,探求蝴蝶蘭出瓶苗最適馴化光度及光質,亦將建立以植物工廠馴化蝴蝶蘭組培苗的作業模式,期以植物工廠的精準環控條件結合既有蘭花種苗的生產技術,達成加速苗株生長,提升蘭苗品質之目標。3-5「植物工廠內環境因子對水稻育苗影響之分析」探討人工光源、空氣相對濕度對水稻幼苗生長及生理代謝反應之影響,水耕養液中氮源濃度、溫度與空氣中二氧化碳濃度對水稻幼苗生長及生理代謝反應之交互影響。3-6「應用植物工廠生產室內植物並淨化室內空氣」探討不同生長光度及光源對室內植物生長之影響,期能生產高品質及高產量之室內植物,且探討不同生產環境下,室內植物降低甲醛、落塵及二氧化碳等汙染物之能力,期能找到生產快速且淨化效果提高之植物工廠環境。3-7「植物工廠量產短期葉菜類」選擇適合菠菜與小白菜生長發育之養液配方,並試驗生長適溫、光照、栽培密度以及適採期,探討適合商業栽培菠菜、白菜之植物工廠條件,實現節能生產蔬菜與精密栽培作物之目的。
Abstract: “Cultural practices related plant factory research” is a sub-project of the integratd research project of NTU “High-efficiency and energy-saving plant factory for quality agriculture”. This sub-project concludes 7 sub-sub-projects. “Mass production of culinary herbs by plant factory” project intends to find the best parameters for mass production of fresh and clean coriander and parsley with good quality. “Regulating strawberry production by temperature, day length, and root temperature” project studies the most optimum temperature and photoperiod for growth, flowering and economic fruit production of an Infra short day strawberry cultivar ‘Taoyung No. 3’ in high-efficient and energy-saving plant factory. “Establishing mass production system of strawberry” project will build a model procedure for year-round production of clean and safe strawberry in plant factory. The physiological index, yield and fruit quality will be compared between the developed system and conventional culture system. “Mass production of Phalaenopsis seedlings” project will investigate the optimal light intensity and quality for ex vitro acclimation of Phalaenopsis, by monitoring the physiological parameters. Producing high quality ex vitro plantlets with high growth rate without pesticides will also be the goal. “Analysis on the effects of environmental factors in plant factory to rice seedlings” project will establish the optimal environmental conditions for rice seedling nursery in plant factories. Effect of artificial light intensity and quality, air relative humidity on rice seedling growth, and the interactions of nitrogen nutrient, temperature and CO2 on rice seedling growth will be analyzed. Seedling growth rate and morphology, the changes of physiological pathways in seedlings on biochemical and gene expression levels would also be identified. “Producing indoor plants by plant factory and cleaning indoor air” project will grow indoor plants using plant factory system, and understand the effect of light intensity and source on growth of indoor plant. Plants grown from the above conditions will be tested for the ability to reduce indoor air pollution, to understand the effect of growing condition on the plants’ subsequent ability of reducing indoor formaldehyde, dusts, and carbon dioxide. “Mass production of short-term leafy vegetables by plant factory” project will test and select the most suitable conditions of Spinach and pak-choi for plant factory production in energy- saving way.
