摘要：臺大山地實驗農場在過去以及本計畫所累積之相關經驗，期能做為臺灣坡地農業利用與永續發展之參考。山地實驗農場將建立坡地保育基礎，以經濟樹種造林，推動生態綠化，依循植物演替法則，建構山坡裸露地優質植被，加速植生培育，以厚植水土資源，減少災損。建構坡地農業經營管理方案，採取友善環境耕作與生物防治方式，減少土地負擔，保護優良農業生產地區，維護坡地資源及永續利用，活絡坡地農業。並利用兼具坡地農業生產特色及具有休閒遊憩功能之地區，達到兼顧自然資源與經濟效益、健康農業與農業生產、以及生態保育、環境教育與休閒等多元方位發展。工作內容包括(1)提出適宜山坡地整地種植方式與適當作物。(2) 開發高冷地蔬菜產區根瘤病有機防治方法。(3) 規劃山坡地健康農業示範場域。
Abstract: The experience s in cultivating crops and environmental education of Highland Experimental Farm of National Taiwan University in the past and from the conduction of this project, are expected to be the planning basis of utilization and sustainable development of slope agriculture. Highland Experimental Farm will establish conservation basis in slopes, plant economic trees, promote ecological greening by following plant succession law, and grow covering plants on naked hillside to accelerate vegetation cultivation, reserve land and water resources, and reduce natural disasters. Highland Experimental Farm will construct management plan of slope agriculture, adopt environment-friendly farming and biological control methods to reduce the burden on the land, protect good agricultural production area and resources, and maintain sustainability of the slopes to activate slope agriculture. Highland Experimental Farm will utilize the areas with characteristics of both agricultural production and recreation, to reach diversity development on natural resources, economic efficiency, health agriculture, crop production, ecological conservation, environmental education and leisure. The working items include to study the optical planting method and crops, biological control methods of cabbage, and to plan the demonstration campus of healthy agriculture on highland slopes.
