摘要:產業先進設備人才培育計畫
過去台灣產業發展以「代工」為主,因應世界經濟結構之改變,台灣應儘早展開關鍵技術、關鍵設備之人才培育,以提升台灣未來的產業競爭力。本計畫針對以下四個產業領域培育所需的人才:
1. 智慧型工具機
2. 光電及半導體設備
3. 數位化模具設備
4. 生物及醫療設備
目前台灣產業界所急需人才趨於M型化,高階人才與師傅級人才相當缺乏。而教育界所培育的人才,主要著重在中階專業人才,鮮少有相關教材與一系列的訓練,針對培養高階與師傅級人才而設置。所謂高階人才,主要定義在具有研發、設計、跨領域整合能力的專業人才。師傅級人才,主要注重在實務操作、維修與維護等能力。為了使設備產業人才能夠一脈貫穿,從高階、中階至師傅級均有合適的人才,以滿足適才適位的目的。本計畫對目前及未來先進設備產業人才缺口進行規劃人才培育計畫,在教材將落實3+4與4+2課程編撰,其中3+4的部分,主要是以培養師傅級人才為目的,而4+2的教材,著重在培養高階人才。
本計畫是以建構產學合作教育平台,培育具產業設備系統設計、創造力、跨領域整合與專業服務人才為總目標。主要設定大學及技職院校機械、電機、醫工及生物機電系所學生為對象,而以系統設計特色學程及實驗室的建立、國際化教材的編撰、產學合作機制、專題實作競賽與國際合作等為實施策略。
本計畫的主要目標如下:
1. 建立資源中心與學程學校
2. 針對四個主要產業領域,規劃完整的課程
3. 舉辦國內專題實作競賽
4. 舉辦種子師資培育
5. 建構產學合作機制
6. 編撰產業先進設備人才培育教材(3+4與4+2教材)
7. 強化國際合作機制

Abstract: Talent Fostering Program for Advanced Industry Equipment
Taiwan was focused on “contract manufacturing” in the past. Due to the change of international economic structure, Taiwan should develop its own key technology and provide required engineering talents to upgrade the industry competitiveness. This program aims to cultivate talents in the following four key industries:
1. Intelligent machine tools
2. Semiconductor and electro-optical equipment
3. Digital molding equipment
4. Bio-medical equipment
Recently the requirement of human resource of the industry in Taiwan has the trend to be M-shaped. It is lack of researchers and technicians in Taiwan. Therefore, most of the trained human resources form academies are engineers. There are few instructions, lectures, and trainings for developing researchers and technicians. The researchers are humans with the ability for research, design and interdisciplinary integration. The technicians are humans with the ability to manufacture, repair and maintain the machines and equipments. In this project, we aim at the insufficiency of advanced industrial human resources, “3+4” and “4+2” lectures are designed for this problem. The “3+4” lectures mainly focus on training the technicians and the “4+2” lectures focus on training the researchers.
This plan is focused on building industry-university cooperation education platform with the purpose to develop talents in industry equipment system design, creativity, cross-field integration and special service. Targeting on the students in college of engineering and college of science, this program is to systematically design courses and labs, to compose course materials, to adopt industry-university cooperation mechanism, and to offer national symposium practice competition and international cooperation.

4. Offer the training of seed instructors
5. Promote the cooperation between academia and industry
6. Compose the advanced industry equipment teaching material (3+4 and 4+2)
