摘要:為回應當前與未來必須面對之社會、經濟與環境議題,進行下世代產業需求人才培育,本計畫擬透過各樣的策略,促成跨領域之合作與交流。為能更有效地促進智慧生活領域的推展,在智慧生活主題下歸納了「永續智慧生活空間」、「智慧健康醫療照護」與「文化導向生活科技」三大主題領域,並搭配創新雙層三明治課程設計,藉由廣泛層次與主題鼓動更多有熱忱的學生、老師與產業界加入,共創台灣下世代明星產業。
所規劃設計之創新雙層三明治課程,其教學重點精神包含,跨校(國內外)與跨領域、需求導向學習(needs-based learning)、合作學習(collaborative learning)、專題導向學習(project-based learning)、個案研究(case study)、生活實驗室(living lab)創意實作與創業、深耕地方文化與社區導向(community-based)、落實人文關懷與社會服務精神等概念。其組成為:由基礎知識(通識教育課程)、專業知識(中階專業課程)與專業高階知識(高階實作課程)所組成的三明治核心內層課程,加上由學生為主的服務學習課程,及由業界為主的產業實習課程所組成的三明治開放創新外層課程,建構成為雙層三明治課程架構。除搭配上述教學重點精神外,授課方式與內容將輔以跨校遠距、國際遠距、國際合作、以及國際競賽等運作模式進行,希望營造可激發創意學習之課程、教學、教材與學習環境,並建立具創意與前瞻之人才培育機制。
其中在先導階段將開始進行的工作分述如下:總計畫主要負責方向趨勢規劃、協調、整合、基礎架設、標準制定與教學資源整合與創新中心徵求相關事宜。工作內容包括:舉辦計畫推動專家座談、制定計畫績效管考指標、規劃優良教材評選與推廣機制、教學資源整合與創新中心徵求相關事宜(宣傳、徵件、審查、公告與成立等)並規劃舉辦種子師資培訓營1場。
子計畫一「智慧生活通識教育與服務學習課程規劃與推動」將進行通識教育與服務學習課程計畫書徵件。為配合徵件作業,7月開始將展開一系列發文宣傳、種子師資工作坊、徵件說明會、計畫申請、計畫書收件、審核,於12月底公佈審查結果,促成第一階段的課程於99學年度下學期開課。
子計畫二「智慧生活國際教育發展規劃實施」為提升我國智慧生活領域教育之國際水平,並打造我國成為國際智慧生活教學的先驅。先導階段將進行下列工作:建立智慧生活國際教育人才庫與國際連結及教學合作網絡、規劃與籌備智慧生活國際教育學院(Summer School)、研擬國際學員招募方案、協助辦理種子師資培訓營暨國際論壇、規劃與宣傳明年度舉辦之國際智慧生活創新課程競賽(Course Award)等。藉以引導國內外師生的投入,激發出更多的創意能量,一舉將台灣推向國際教育舞台的高點。
子計畫三「智慧生活專業領域教學發展規劃實施」將提前鋪排100學年度第1學期開設的中階專業與高階實習課程,並總籌規劃創新雙層三明治課程的範例課程地圖。將相關單位進行課程試教工作,於99學年度第一學期開設中階專業課程。並召開專家座談會歸納過往幾年政府投入「智慧生活」領域的成果,再將之催化為可開授的課程,納入課程地圖。
子計畫四「智慧生活互動網路平台與多媒體內容建置推廣」獨立為補助計畫,將規劃進行計畫網站與教學資源平台架設等工作,透由重要數位學習資源平台及系統工具分析、教學資源分享平台應用需求分析、數位教材製作格式規範發展、教學資源分享平台之系統分析與規劃與規劃國際資訊化教育平台創新等,納入知識服務、知識管理與創新概念的執行策略,輔助整體計畫所規劃之課程與執行架構,推升智慧生活整合性人才培育計畫的執行效能。
希冀透過所規劃之三大主題領域、創新雙層三明治課程、計畫網站與教學資源平台、國際教育學院、國際競賽、試教課程與課程地圖等工作,從各個面向切入,推動我國下世代智慧生活整合性人才培育。
Abstract: Taiwan has built up a very competitive OEM/ODM oriented industry and achieved the so-called Taiwan Economic Miracle in the past three decades. Recently, however, upon facing the globalization and the competition from the emerging countries, such as China, India, Brazil, etc., Taiwan has to rethink the industry development strategy for the future. Among the many new challenges ahead, the aging society, extremely low birth rate as well as the environmental issue on global warming are those need to be assessed urgently. Unlike the OEM/ODM based industry, development of the emerging industry should cover humanities, environmental sustainability, cultural uniqueness, and social fairness.
To this end, the Talent Cultivation Program for Smart Living Industry aims at cultivating students by interdisciplinary trainings and equipping them with the ability to fit the future needs of the emerging industry which include not only the technology but also the social, cultural and environmental issues.
To reflect future industry development trend and cultivate people to fulfill the need of future industry, we will focus on three fields: Sustainable Smart Living Space, Smart Health Medicare, and Cultural-oriented Living Technology. What we try to promote is the Double Sandwich courses. Double Sandwich course that consisted with creative outer layer: student based service learning course and industry based academy-industry cooperation course and inner core layer: general education, professional, and hands-on courses. Combining levels of innovative courses through integrating various university, discipline, student club, industry, and teachers. Through doing so, we wish to promote teacher, student, and industry participation, break the communication barrier between different disciplines, scattered resources, out-of-date teaching method, and the most important is to spark innovative ideas.
During the year end, Annual Teaching Material Selection will be held to select the most innovative teaching material of the year and eliminate the not-so-fit. The selected teaching material will be rewritten into three versions of popular (for general citizen), published (for college student), and English (for international student). These materials will be accessed from the online teaching material data platform which is directly linked to our website.
Other than online database and website, an annual international competition will be held to further foster international connection and inspire much and more creative thoughts through world participants and open a new way let idea flow in.
