Hackathon 是目前國外知名企業與大學非常流行的創意發想方式，在與會的過程中，參賽者們會在輕鬆愉悅的環境享受美食，腦力激盪各種生活問題的解決方式，運用創意與手邊既有資源，透過開發者與設計師及問題發想者等通力合作，在有限的期間內完成問題界定、創意發想、現場實作及成果展示。身為新一代年輕學子的我們，希望能藉由一己之力將「Hackathon 黑客松」的發想方法帶入社會當中，並推廣「創意-->實踐」的理念，塑造出一友善的環境，讓想法付諸實現。因此我們將舉辦「青年創意生活城黑客松」。目的是為了提升青年公共參與機會。我們將以陸軍保養廠A3～A5基地為提案基礎，讓青年於既有的設計理念基礎下，提出自己對居住正義及生活需求之構想提案，並透過舉辦黑客松，捲動相關科系青年參與，激發參賽者的想像力與執行力，並將創意-->實踐的精神帶入青年心中，並感染身邊的朋友，一同實踐屬於我們自己的創意理想。

Hackathon is a competition where program developers cooperate with each other to solve real-life problems and raise innovative ideas in a short period of time. Over the past few years, Hackathon has rapidly gained popularity among well-known enterprises and universities.
We promote the hacker spirit and encourage individuals to enjoy the intellectual challenge of overcoming limitations of systems with creativity to achieve novel and inventive outcomes. Therefore, we host “Youth Hack for Creative City” to encourage youth to make a proposal about citizens’ lives based on original design concept and invoke participants to build an adaptive city. Participants can hack towards our city and find an imaginative solution with resources we provide.
As a result, the quality of people’s lives becomes better due to the great work produced by our excellent youth participants.
