摘要：本案將進行整合CWB/GFS模式與全球三維海洋模式，評估海洋模式的選取、大氣海洋模式偶合方式、偶合器的使用及特性等，再設計偶合模組進行雙向偶合。在過去研究中，多尺度台灣社區海洋模式(Taiwan Multi-scale Community Ocean Model, TIMCOM)曾與SIT模組一同整合至ECHAM大氣模式中(ECHAM/SIT/TIMCOM)，並對季內震盪的模擬有明顯改進因此，配合CWB/GFS發展現況及需求，以及加速CWB/GFS與海洋模式的整合，本案將優先評估TIMCOM三維海洋模式與CWB/GFS之整合可能性、偶合方式，以及初步建置與CWB/GFS網格相容之TIMCOM模式海洋系統配置。

Abstract: This project will integrate the CWB/GFS with a 3-D global ocean model through a two-way coupling approach. We will evaluate several ocean-atmosphere coupling approaches and their characteristics initially. Then, we will couple the Taiwan Multi-scale Community Ocean Model within the CWB/GFS.
