A research and teaching career in clinical genetics using bioinformatics, biostatistics, and artificial intelligent methodologies with specific focus on development of prediction models towards disease screening and early detection using big data. 15 years of experience in big data analysis, disease association studies including GWAS, PheWAS, Mendelian Randomization, prediction modelling, survival and clinical analysis for complex diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, age related diseases and cancer utilizing microarray, and next generation sequencing data.
