Description
心房顫動是常見的心律不整,但是目前對於心房顫動的治療並沒有令人滿意的結果。此外,心房顫動所引起的後遺症也會增加醫療與政府財政的負擔。在這整合藉由這項為期三年的計畫,我們將研究ClC2和hERG的基因多型性,和Cullin-RING 泛素連接酶基因多型性之間的交互關係如何增加心房顫動的風險,來確定ClC2、hERG和Cullin-RING 泛素連接酶在心房顫動的角色,替未來作為心房顫動生物遺傳標記提供了嶄新的方向。
