Description
本計畫使用過去所開發的陶瓷支架,初步顯示能夠調節免疫環境以及促進和骨重塑能力。而也發現該材料能夠有希會誘導細胞極化以及刺激細胞外囊泡,對於修復牙周 缺損來說有可能是讓牙周再生治療更有效益的突破關鍵。希望後續研究成狗能夠將上述技術結合,並且能夠有效促進牙周骨再生,並透過轉譯醫學提升國內生醫陶瓷相關產品開發能力。
