Description
甲狀腺濾泡癌的術前診斷，迄今仍為內分泌學研究中，尚未解決的議題，因為目前只有病理學的術後解讀，才能成立甲狀腺濾泡癌之診斷，而且良性的甲狀腺濾泡腺瘤，在經過病理學之確認後，約有5至10%之病患，在若干年後，因肺部或骨頭轉移，才發現正確之診斷為甲狀腺濾泡癌。因此，本研究係基於本團隊在過去十年中，依動物模型及人體試驗建立之生物指標參數，部分已獲得我國及日本之專利，進行病理學之比對，希冀建立更完整之甲狀腺濾泡癌術前診斷生物指標，並且能成為真正臨床實用之診斷標的。
