本計畫旨在利用探討頭頸癌腫瘤內氧氣環境所造成高侵襲性腫瘤衛星現象發生之機制。透過體外3D細胞模型模擬真實病理腫瘤內之氧氣異質性，並分析其分子訊號之變化，期望找到可以進行阻斷的方式以避免腫瘤侵犯轉移，提供未來設計頭頸癌病人的精準治療的參考。
