Description
心房中膈缺損是第二常見的先天性心臟病，少數病人會有心肌纖維化或是腦迴的深度減少，皮質微結構發育不良的現象；本研究將探討100 位心房中膈缺損病人在心導管關閉術前後 (1) 腦部體積、血流、白質完整性及心臟(3D超音波影像)重塑的改善程度；(2) 長鏈非編碼核醣核酸(long non-coding RNA，lnc RNA)及小分子代謝物(metabolite)的變化；並探討腦部與心臟影像標記改善與否的風險因子。
