Description
憂鬱常會影響乳癌病人無法恢復到正常生活的主要因素。初診斷乳癌病人常感到乳癌存活者能作為他們的同儕諮商員，幫他們度過困難的時刻。越來越多乳癌存活者在醫院或病友組織擔任志工服務病友。國外發現存活者擔任同儕諮商員出現壓抑自己情緒的問題，影響同儕諮商的成效。目前國內尚缺乏對乳癌志工進行情緒調節的訓練，因此本研究期能訓練乳癌存活者成為具有疼惜自己與他人能力之同儕諮商員。存活者提供初診斷或接受治療病人的同儕支持，協助病人的生活適應，對病人和其家人的貢獻具有重要的社會意義，且能降低癌症照護所需負擔的醫療與社會成本。所發展的同儕諮商員訓練和同儕諮商模式的治療手冊能成為專業人員和病友組織訓練同儕支持的實務應用。
