Description
肝細胞中雄激素受體在HBV誘導的肝癌和果糖飲食誘導的非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)扮演關鍵角色,致病機制仍不清楚。本計畫目標為研究肝細胞雄激素受體在HBV誘導肝癌和果糖飲食誘導NAFLD中的功能。測試HBV感染和果糖飲食都可能通過增強AR在調節GP-shuttle介導的糖質新生功能來影響肝臟的致病機制之假說。另將探討胰島素誘導的肝細胞AR通過影響胰島素調控之糖質新生的可能,以及其對HBV和飲食所引發肝病的重要。本研究不僅具有創新的科學價值,且將指出可用於設計有效治療策略的靶點,以阻止HBV誘導的肝癌和果糖誘導的男性非酒精性脂肪肝疾病。結果將有助HBV感染和NAFLD疾病流行地區人們的健康。
