本研究旨在探討二種不同引導策略(系統引導與自我引導)與不同學習型態對學習成效的影響,並發展跨專業EPAs。研究成果將有效率地將生命末期之跨領域團隊工作能力,納入國內護理教育課程,作為「生命末期照護能力」適性教學之實證研究依據。對於教師而言,若能依照不同學習型態的學員提供相應的教學方式與教材,不只能激發學習興趣,更能將學習成效發揮到最大值。提升學生對於生命末期照護的教學態度將有助於提升學生的學習成效。利用整合過後的數位互動平台,將可串連學校端與醫院端型成大數據檔案,朝向AI功能於臨床實務應用發展。
