Description
在乾癬小鼠模式上,血清素2A受體條件式基因剔除鼠顯現出外觀、組織學、免疫細胞組成、以及細胞激素上較為明顯的變化,另外,在皮膚白色念珠菌感染的小鼠模型上,血清素2A受體條件式基因剔除鼠會有較佳的感染清除效果。Phospholipase C 與其相關的下游路徑,也因本研究成為在蘭式細胞的重要標的分子,未來可藉由設計抗體或小分子藥物,開發成為治療皮膚發炎或感染疾病的藥劑。
