Description
在我們之前的研究中，我們建立了台灣早期肺癌病患的世代研究。我們取得早期肺癌病患手術後的檢體，進行全外顯子定序及RNA定序，經過比對肺癌病患的資料庫，我們發現一組genetic signature，其中基因的變化，可能和早期肺癌進展至侵襲性肺癌有關。其中，LPGAT1及XPR1 是傾向進展(progression)的前兩名。在此計畫中，除了探討LPGAT1及XPR1在肺癌細胞中的功能以外，我們會進一步研究LPGAT1及XPR1在肺癌細胞中的訊息傳導路徑，最終希望能了解LPGAT1及XPR1如何促進肺癌癌前病變的進展。期望我們的研究能對早期肺癌如何進展到侵襲性肺癌有更進一步的了解。
