Description
臨床上仍無藥物能降低膀胱出口阻塞造成之膀胱傷害,雖然人體幹細胞外泌體和NLRP3發炎體抑制劑都在動物實驗可以減緩BOO引起之膀胱障礙,同時施用是否會有加成效果並不清楚! 我們希望能否利用RNA sequencing,找尋探討circRNA/miRNA/mRNA軸在膀胱出口阻塞引起的功能障礙中的潛在作用,及其在幹細胞及外泌體修復膀胱障礙的相關性。根據我們實驗室既有的基礎,加上我們設計的此一實驗模式,相信必能對完成研究,也將可提供臨床上治療上一個新的突破。此一研究模式若能建立,將能適用於其他與膀胱出口阻塞相關之分子機轉之尋找與建立,及發展出新的治療模式。
