Description
耳毒性藥物及噪音皆為引起感音性聽損常見成因。過去研究針對耳毒性藥物相關及噪音性聽損之治療仍未有理想結果,其一困難點可能在於藥物通過血-迷路障蔽之濃度過低。近日研究證實低能超音波可安全及有效打開與血-迷路障蔽生理功能相近的血腦障壁。本研究將採用低能超音波作為促進內耳分子傳輸效益之媒介,旨在探研利用低能超音波促進因噪音或耳毒性藥物引起之聽損的藥物治療效益之可行性。
