本計畫為一跨領域研究,內容結合了三維生物列印技術與組織工程,主要目的為研發一種新式梯度型膠原蛋白-聚麩胺酸水膠,並搭載特定胞泌體及生長因子用於強化牙本質-牙髓複合體及骨再生之效能。透過水膠梯度降解之特性調控生長因子及胞泌體釋放之濃度,促使血管新生誘導細胞攀爬、增生,最終達成牙本質-牙髓複合體生成與骨再生之目的,可應用於活髓及骨再生治療。並對特定胞泌體進行次世代定序分析,以了解調控血管新生、牙本質-牙髓複合體與骨生成之基因及關鍵機制,為後續相關研究建立扎實基礎。研究人員透過跨領域之研究主題培養多元思考方式不侷限於單一領域,藉此刺激出更多的創新思考與研究主題,期望提升國內組織工程研究領域整體量能。
