本研究根據我們過去兩個臨床研究的經驗來發想: 開顱手術中以BIS導引方式進行運用propofol, dexmedetomidine和scalp block的多模式全身麻醉,可減少手術中propofol劑量並提供許多術後臨床指標改善。然而以EEG DSA導引方式執行一樣的處置,理論上更可精準調控麻醉。因此,我們進一步以回溯性研究證實DSA導引方式更進一步減少術中不必要的propofol劑量與改善術後指標。然而DSA導引的真正效益必須要以前瞻性隨機分組方式研究,方可提供具體醫療證據。因此本研究將執行此隨機分組研究,將此項麻醉技術最後一塊拼圖補上,提供麻醉界具體的優質麻醉處置提案。
