Description
本計畫旨在回應兒童肝臟移植後，長期免疫抑制治療所帶來的排斥風險與藥物副作用等臨床挑戰。我們以腸道微生物與其衍生代謝物為切入點，透過整合臨床檢體分析與動物實驗，探索其在調控移植後免疫耐受（穩定狀態）中的角色與機制。期望建立可應用於臨床的免疫耐受監測指標，並發展更安全、精準的輔助治療策略，以降低排斥發生率與免疫抑制藥物負擔。本研究有助於提升兒童移植存活率，促進精準醫療發展。

臺大位居世界頂尖大學之列，為永久珍藏及向國際展現本校豐碩的研究成果及學術能量，圖書館整合機構典藏（NTUR）與學術庫（AH）不同功能平台，成為臺大學術典藏NTU scholars。期能整合研究能量、促進交流合作、保存學術產出、推廣研究成果。
