我們研究FGF-23在骨肉瘤微環境血管新生和肺轉移進展中的關鍵功能，了解MMP-14的活化是影響骨肉瘤细胞轉移的重要分子機制。藉由細胞與未來老鼠體內實驗研究結果，期待改善目前臨床骨肉瘤治療上的不足及發展相關標靶藥物來針對轉移治療的影響。
