本計畫將利用細胞與動物模式,針對牙髓幹細胞所分泌之條件培養液進行一系列的分析,針對其中改善蜘蛛膜下腔出血微血循環的關鍵物質之一―基質金屬蛋白酶組織抑制劑,以及研究其作用之細胞與分子機制。希望透過執行本計畫釐清牙髓幹細胞釋放物質治療機轉,期望透過精準的了解牙髓幹細胞釋放物質保護機制,提供出血性中風及其他神經性發炎相關疾病一個藥物開發標並對臨床治療有所幫助
