Description
腫瘤微環境影響著癌症預後及治療成效。在腫瘤形成的過程中，致癌因子，個體因素，其他共病都可能會形塑腫瘤微環境。於初步研究中，我們發現到頭頸癌腫瘤微環境有性別上的差異。另外，比較不同免疫治療處方下，初步分析發現腫瘤微環境的特徵可能與療效有關。根據以上初步結果，本研究計畫的主要假設是: 腫瘤微環境的差異與性別以及過去病患的習性有關，且腫瘤微環境的差異可預測治療的成效及指引治療策略。
