Description
牙周炎是一種影響牙齦和牙齒支持結構的炎症性疾病,可能導致牙齒損失。該疾病起源於局部微生物群落失衡,稱為生態失調,引起宿主免疫反應過度活化,進而觸發牙槽骨流失。骨再生通過骨形成、骨誘導和骨傳導實現。對抗這些挑戰引發了對間質幹細胞(MSCs)潛力的興趣,特別是其外泌體的治療效應。外泌體作為MSC效應的載體,在組織工程中發揮著重要作用。本研究旨在設計無細胞仿生支架,載有外泌體,促進牙槽骨缺陷再生。這項三年計劃分為材料合成與表徵、生物相容性與生物功能評估、以及體內研究三個階段。利用外泌體治療牙槽骨缺陷有望克服傳統治療的限制,為臨床轉化提供有前景的途徑。
