Description
本研究計畫希望能建立正常嬰兒的腸內菌相，並藉由比較早產兒、異位性皮膚炎嬰兒與發育遲緩嬰兒三個族群，其帶能找出相關的腸內菌相當作生物標記，並將其商品化，以用來預測或預防神經學發展遲緩與嬰兒過敏性疾病。此外，並有機會可找出特定菌叢，用來預防或治療神經學發展遲緩與嬰兒過敏性疾病。最後，本計劃日後還可以提供台灣本土健康足月兒與早產兒腸道菌相資料庫供日後相關研究做比對之參考。
