Description
本兩年期計畫旨在藉由過去發展雙平面動態X光攝影之非侵入式量測技術，結合電腦斷層掃描(CT)及核磁共振獲得影像資訊，以建立個人化肌肉骨骼模型，探討追蹤成人發展性髖關節發育不良患者接受Ganz PAO或THA前及術後，功能性活動時關節接觸面與肌肉運動幾何的生物力學表現。 本計畫預期影響為： 1. 整合三維動態X光與步態分析技術於髖關節之應用 2. 量化髖關節發育不良成年患者之關節接觸面與肌肉運動幾何及其與步態變數之關係 3. 比較Ganz截骨術與全人工髖關節置換術之生物力學效益，作為日後手術及相關醫療器材之研發與推廣基礎
