Description
傳染性疾病在公共衛生與社會經濟上造成人類巨大的負擔與影響，抗藥性致病菌之出現更讓全球防疫雪上加霜，因此我們迫切需要更有效的抗菌方法與策略來解決傳染性疾病的問題。沙門氏桿菌為常見之人畜共通細菌，世界衛生組織更將其列為四大消化腸胃道傳染性疾病之一，本研究計畫將利用沙門氏菌作為科學實驗上的模式生物，探討病原體與宿主之相互作用，以期能為未來臨床治療上開拓新方向。
