Description
目前抗D型肝炎病毒療法仍無法根除大多數HDV病毒感染，亦尚無FDA核准的抗病毒藥物。先前我們發現METTL3對HDV RNA組裝很重要，因此，我們計畫藉由研究m6A及其甲基轉移酶METTL3調控HDV RNA包裝的中間產物以及包裝過程的分子機轉，並同時開發潛在藥物METTL3 inhibitor，以發展更有效治療HDV病毒感染的新標靶與治療方式。
