Abstract
A per-phase control strategy of the three-phase four-wire inverter is proposed in this paper. The proposed control method is simple and does not require any complex transformation. The equivalent single-phase half-bridge inverter of the three-phase four-wire inverter is presented and used to derive the equations of the reference sinusoidal control signal of each phase. The active power and reactive power of each phase can be controlled, respectively. Computer simulation and experimental results for different operating cases are presented to verify the performance of the proposed per-phase control method.
