Abstract
This paper is experimental study of piezoelectrically actuated hemispherical resonator gyro.The study main apply metallic hemispherical resonator gyro which is diven and sense by piezoelectric material,and to propel the first mode,and input the angular velocity, to measure angular velocity and node''s voltage change signal relationship. This paper to base on Fa-Hwa Hsieh, Ph.D.''s doctor dissertation of analysis result, then carry on the experiment to verify. Finally, this paper add integral circuit to measure the rotate angle.
