Abstract
　中國敘事以史傳為大宗，《左傳》乃典 範之作。傳統術語所謂「敘事」，基本的形 式特徵為「原始要終」，始、終屬於時間範 疇，此種文體的發展實與編年體淵源深 遠。《春秋》、《左傳》同屬編年，前者文字 簡要，為編年記事;後者依經敘述其本末， 發展為編年敘事。學者因應研經讀傳的需 求，於是有「《左傳》紀事本末」體文獻應 運而生。此種文獻，以「事」為經，重新 組構《左傳》本文，其情節編構表現出研 讀的心得，寓有對事理本末的見解。
