Abstract
This article focus on the process of droplet breakup and the formation of satellite droplet. By the method of Drop-On-Demand (DOD) to generate droplet, we design a piezoelectric droplet generator. This work will analyze droplet generated under different controlled parameters (voltage and pulse width). We map the regime of the formation of stable single droplet and satellite droplet under different actuate modes and different nozzle diameters. Droplet size and broken time are also been discussed here.We also make images of the sequence of droplet formation. These will help us understand the mechanism of droplet breakup and the influence of satellite droplet
