Abstract
The geometrical structure is indispensable for guiding the growth direction of cells. We developed an easy fabricate curvilinear guiding platform without employing using wafer fab. or MEMS process. This technique can explore different wrinkle frequency and amplitude of the guiding structure. To further demonstrate the hypothesis, this low-cost grooving wrinkle texture is used for 24 hours endothelium cell culture.
