Abstract
This article, in order to study the discretionary investment business norms (spoil and claim to discretionary investment business on the market of Taiwan) of U.S.A., Japan,Taiwan and discretionary investment business development trend of Taiwan, and such directions as research U.S.A.,Japan, Taiwan develop enlightenment that trusts with full authority in these years. Expect to pass the research of this article, can be with front and rational comparative analysis, find answer, is it invest in gains and solution of the problem of business to trust with full authority by research U.S.A., Japan, Taiwan, etc. to expect even more, can offer open to discretionary investment business suggestion on being normal with full authority .
the purpose of echoing this article to study, get the conclusion that Taiwan must adopt the optimized discretionaryinvestment business in the future. on the basis of analyzing the competition environment.it is suggested that the current strategy of competition advantage are profit-making model restructure and comprehensive innovation. At company level，stockjobbers must set up independent Asset Management Companies， control risk，develop new products，broaden marketing channels，build well-known brands and adjust the structure of profits. At industry level， stockjobbers can both build financial group and joint venture. At macro-environment level，stockjobbers focus on supervision unification and make full use of equity separation.Three points are approved by this article.Firstly， facing fierce competition the stockjobbers in Taiwan have to set up financial group or joint-venture to make full use of the advantages of other asset management institutions in Taiwan or other countries.Secondly，the current strategy of stockjobbers is profit-making model and comprehensive innovation.Thirdly，at present,the development level of asset management in Taiwan can’t catch up with that in USA. Hence we should study the experience of stockjobbers in USA.
