Abstract
Abstract A novel maskless pattern?coating technology, ��Air?Bubble Coating��, has been developed and tested for its feasibility in the manufacture process of OLED devices for the first time. The results of direct capillary coating and on?site size control of ***micro?bubbles and micro?droplets are successfully demonstrated and show its good potential for use.
